TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the construction &/or property development industry, with a focus on management of key milestone tasks. project costs & contracts management.
  • Proven skills in leadership and managing group dynamics to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute and able to understand and interpret technical aspects of design and construction.
  • Tertiary qualified in a building or engineering field or similar.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in property desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to:

  • effectively manage all the processes involved to take multi-unit projects from initial tender / feasibility phase through to project completion.
  • Ensure that projects achieve the forecast timeframes, quality requirements and cost & profit levels.
