MISSION DESCRIPTION:

Lead and manage the implementation of core banking system projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for core banking system enhancements and implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Drive process improvements and best practices in core banking system operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations for the continuous improvement of core banking system capabilities.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Possess at least 4 years of experience in business analysis and project management within the core banking system domain.
Demonstrate a strong track record of successfully delivering core banking system projects on time and within budget.
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for core banking system enhancements and implementations.
Proficient in utilizing project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor core banking system projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams.
