Description:

PFH Technology are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our client’s growing team in Cork.
Objective: Support a digital transformation project
Contract: 6-month contract
Location: Cork hybrid
Start Date: Sept 2024

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in BA/PM roles.
  • At least 3-years’ experience on Requirements Elicitation and Project Management using Agile.
  • Engage with business stakeholders in order to capture, advise on, and where appropriate influence, business requirements. Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders in order to capture, advise on, and where appropriate influence, business requirements.
  • Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.
  • Work closely with engineering teams across multiple time zones to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are captured properly
  • Represent the engineering team for user acceptance testing which includes but not limited to:
  • Review and contribute in building test scenarios and cases
  • Triaging all issues across various engineering teams and ensuring that correct owner(s) are assigned
  • Manage issue backlog with QA, cross functional IT and UAT teams
  • Help and support test reporting
  • Support the Project Manager to ensure that deliveries are on time and to the required scope and quality.
  • Responsible for delivery quality in order to ensure that the delivered capability meets the business requirements.
  • Responsible for delivery timeliness in order to ensure that activities are delivered to the project plan.
  • Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager and escalate appropriate issues in a timely manner.
