Description:
PFH Technology are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our client’s growing team in Cork.
Objective: Support a digital transformation project
Contract: 6-month contract
Location: Cork hybrid
Start Date: Sept 2024
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- At least 8 years’ experience in BA/PM roles.
- At least 3-years’ experience on Requirements Elicitation and Project Management using Agile.
- Engage with business stakeholders in order to capture, advise on, and where appropriate influence, business requirements. Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders in order to capture, advise on, and where appropriate influence, business requirements.
- Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.
- Work closely with engineering teams across multiple time zones to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are captured properly
- Represent the engineering team for user acceptance testing which includes but not limited to:
- Review and contribute in building test scenarios and cases
- Triaging all issues across various engineering teams and ensuring that correct owner(s) are assigned
- Manage issue backlog with QA, cross functional IT and UAT teams
- Help and support test reporting
- Support the Project Manager to ensure that deliveries are on time and to the required scope and quality.
- Responsible for delivery quality in order to ensure that the delivered capability meets the business requirements.
- Responsible for delivery timeliness in order to ensure that activities are delivered to the project plan.
- Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager and escalate appropriate issues in a timely manner.
