Overview:
Trissential is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our client team in a hybrid role based in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you’ll bring your leadership, analytical insight, and project management skills to advance online customer chat and data analytics projects, directly impacting multiple divisions and stakeholders. Working collaboratively with internal teams, third-party providers, and vendors, you’ll drive project momentum through well-orchestrated coordination and precise planning. Your contributions will ensure seamless execution of project phases, meeting both state and federal requirements. Please note, this role is open only to candidates authorized to work in the US. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage online customer chat and data analytics projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet budget, timing, and quality objectives
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members to facilitate smooth project execution across departments
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Document project milestones, processes, and financial details to support project transparency
• Identify project risks early on and develop proactive strategies for addressing them
• Monitor project progress, providing thoughtful updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Foster a collaborative team environment that supports creativity and effective project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in both project management and business analysis, including skills in requirements gathering and process analysis
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in regulated or government-adjacent settings
• Strong documentation skills, with experience producing reports for executive review

Essential skills:

• Strong project management and business analysis skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficient in impact analysis, budget forecasting, and developing onboarding frameworks
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for regulated projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project scopes, bringing organizational finesse and a results-oriented approach

Desired skills:

• Five (5) years of experience as a senior Project Manager
• Three (3) years of experience as a senior Business Analyst
• Two (2) years of experience working in a government setting with multiple stakeholders and users
• Experience with law enforcement systems and practices
• Experience compiling reports for executive review

Experience:

• Experience in managing complex projects in government or public sector environments, engaging multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of success in projects involving regulated systems, policies, or practices
• Comprehensive experience compiling executive-level reports for project progress and outcomes

Benefits:
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $135,000 annually depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
