Project Manager – Business Continuity Management

The Role
Our client is a leader in providing cutting-edge risk management and business continuity solutions. The company specializes in developing innovative strategies to help organizations identify risks, maintain business continuity, and enhance resilience through technology and best practices. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) to lead critical initiatives in their Riyadh office. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project governance frameworks, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Track project progress and adjust plans to ensure goals are met. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Ensure quality standards are achieved in all deliverables. Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making. Provide project management guidance and support to teams and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes. Offer BCM consultation services, including the automation and digital transformation of department activities.
Requirements
Key Competencies: Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Analytical and strategic thinking. Ability to multitask and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in risk and business continuity. Additional Requirements: Expertise in risk assessment and business continuity planning. Ability to design strategies and roadmaps for risk management and resilience. Experience in building business models and defining RACI matrices for various departments, including risk management, crisis management, and business continuity. Familiarity with digital platforms for risk and business continuity management.
