Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor in civil engineering.
  • Proven experience of 3 to 4 years as civil engineer or as sales or business development executive
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
  • Practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Prior experience in UAE not less than 2 years.
  • Understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
  • Preferred to have Sales skills with experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English), both verbal and written.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective plans.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new situations quickly.
  • Must be able to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
  • Must be ready to travel.
  • Must have a UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all stages of the project from concept to detail design, and tender.
  • Leading the engineering delivery team and manage project activities through the application of technical engineering planning, principles and techniques.
  • Review project deliverables including writing technical reports, gathering information, drafting proposals, handling project correspondence.
  • Liaison with the different teams working to facilitate completion of tasks, and project.
  • Understanding of client requirements and processes.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers by researching and assessing their needs, aligning with the company’s target market and customer profile.
  • Generate new leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and other outbound marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure a positive experience with the company.
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
