Are you a senior level Project Coordinator or experienced Project Manager looking to join an established company where processes and protocols are in place, where the corporate structure allows nimbleness and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing overall direction of assigned projects and responsibility for the overall project performance including costs, schedule and quality assurance. This position involves subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, engineers, and sub-trades, and management of the technical and financial aspects of the contract. You will be the front-line CANA contact with consultants and the Owner and will be responsible for promoting and projecting the CANA image of efficiency, quality, and technical competence and fair management of trades and suppliers.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or Diploma in Architectural Technology. (Equivalencies will be considered)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry as a Sr. Project Coordinator or Project Manager with progressive responsibility in the size and scope of projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
