AS PART OF THE ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT COMMUNITY, YOU’LL BE LEADING THE DELIVERY OF TECHNOLOGY ENABLED TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS ACROSS MANY SECTORS AND ENVIRONMENTS, INCLUDING OUR EVER-GROWING CYBER PRACTISE. THE TEAM ARE BASED ACROSS THE UK, WITH A VARIETY OF SKILLSETS FROM ALL-ROUNDERS TO SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS. Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You’ll be driven and committed with a strong team ethic plus a passion for technology and its power to transform the way organisations work and behave.
• Exemplar project management and engagement skills with previous experience through the delivery lifecycle, to agreed cost, timescales and quality.
• Have confidence and gravitas in front of clients, project team and 3rd parties.
• Experience delivering to a set of contractual obligations.
• Experience of requirements design, build and implementation.
• Understanding of the sales process and experience of managing the bid process.
