Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience required, with a preference for software engineering projects. (preferred in the alarm industry)
- College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
- Proven record of delivering projects based on milestones and delivery timelines (preferred Planview experience)
- Demonstrate ability to create and present financial status reports
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and driven
- Experience with communication and presentation to C-Level leadership
Responsibilities:
- Lead JIRA -Migration project
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, financials, risk, and governance to support project execution
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and executive leadership
- Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success
- Timely and accurate status reporting, ability to escalate issues promptly, and ensure accountability.
