Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Project Manager at Caraffi, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of projects across our customer base and internal operations. From consulting and transformation programmes to outsourced services, your expertise will ensure that each project is delivered brilliantly, on time, and within budget.
In this role, you’ll lead a variety of projects, engage with stakeholders, manage detailed project plans, and deliver clear, insightful reporting. Your ability to maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and clients will be key to success, as we believe in building long-term, trust-based partnerships that create lasting business impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountability for Project Delivery: Oversee a portfolio of projects simultaneously, ensuring each one is executed efficiently and effectively.
- Project Planning & Governance: Build detailed, pragmatic project plans using Monday.com and ensure projects stay on track with clear governance and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with both internal teams and external clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and facilitating communication.
- Leadership: Lead internal and client-facing project meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and progress is consistently tracked.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify growth opportunities in the face of challenges, proposing innovative solutions that drive client success.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- Proven Project Management Experience: You’ve managed projects in a consulting or in-house environment, within Talent Acquisition transformation involving technology changes.
- Growth Mindset: You embrace challenges and actively look for opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Strong Self-Management: As we work remotely most of the time, you’ll need to be highly motivated and capable of managing your own time effectively to meet objectives.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re a confident communicator, able to present to senior clients, analyze data, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work, ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard while remaining pragmatic.
- Team Player: While you’ll be managing your own portfolio of projects, you’ll collaborate closely with the wider Caraffi team to ensure success
