Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Our Transition and Transformation team have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager, where you will lead the optimisation and development of new warehousing and transportation operations, providing resource for new business start-ups including the management of projects, solutions delivery, and implementation of operational efficiencies and initiatives.
This position will offer hybrid working; therefore, flexibility will be required to travel across the UK&I dependent on business need and project scope.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into a Senior Project Manager you will manage, coordinate and control business projects and initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, project manage the implementation of new business wins and renewals and provide support to the implementation of business improvement solutions to existing customers operations and if required other business units.
You will work closely with Business Development and Solution Design to understand the project requirements, in order to prepare project scoping documents, project plans and mobile your project team. You will provide project status updates, demonstrating strong communication to all levels, ensuring project delivery within the agreed timelines and budget. You will plan and deliver management presentations with internal and external customers, communicating regularly with the customer to discuss project status, provide lessons learnt and ensure change control is effectively managed and reported to key stakeholders.
