Our team manages operational support of Wallet and Payment products ensuring a quality execution and best-in-class deployment at all points of interaction in our 3rd party channels. As we grow, we need to maintain operational excellence and monitor the program health consistently and efficiently. We are seeking a Graduate Project Manager to support operational work streams across programs. This role will provide you with exposure to launching and sustaining Wallet and Payment products globally developing a passion for the customer experience, during a 23 month period.

DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be involved in the design, management and execution of key projects and initiatives. We are looking for a high level of integrity, passion, even an obsession on the customer experience and sense of urgency to “make things happen” Work cross functionally with internal partners to develop meaningful and long-lasting relationships Support project activities Identify risks / bottleneck areas and take ownership to resolve; by initiating and implementing corrective action Ability to maintain and develop relationships, cross functionally within the organisation Evaluating current business processes and see opportunities to improve Strive to ensure each and every customer experience exceeds expectations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong business acumen. Leverage data / key performance indicators / financial reports to identify and articulate business needs that require creative problem solving.
  • You must be a great communicator, someone who can naturally foster trust and build strong business relationships.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and take keen interest in partner programs/channel management.
  • Excellence and a keen eye for detail should be a habit. You should have have a very low tolerance for errors.
  • Flexible and have an open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion and experience in crafting exceptional customer experience’s.
  • Understand project management methods and tools, including agile and waterfall.

  • This is a full time role for 23 months starting in Summer 2025.
