EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least an implementation type project related to Oracle Cloud.
  • Proven experience in managing small to large, complex enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and teams

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud services, in ERP, HCM or PPM
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud data migration and integration processes

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee project plans through the coordination of various teams during all project phases, from initial design and development through to implementation.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and prepare detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead project review meetings with stakeholders and management to ensure alignment across project portfolio
  • Coordinate project team members across various functions
  • Manage project team members, including third-party contractors or consultants, ensuring project resources are utilized effectively.
  • Analyse project needs to ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Provide input to capacity planning models based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure that the necessary infrastructure, dependencies and resources are in place to meet project demands, adjusting plans as necessary based on changing project needs
  • Coordinate and maintain environment plan and schedules as required
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities
  • Prepare and deliver high-level reports regarding project status for PMO & Steer Committee
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Identify changes in project scope, potential risk, and support development of contingency plans.
  • Assist risk assessments and coordinate mitigation strategies.
