QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

· Possesses sound judgment and maintains a proactive attitude
· Minimum of 15 + years experience in a comparable role within Roads and Infrastructure turnkey projects.
· Previous experience in the GCC region is advantageous.
· Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.
· Strong attention to detail

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher (preferably in Civil Engineering)
· Proficiency in FIDIC Standards.
· PMP Certification is a bonus
