Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Brisbane.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Director, Systems Integration and Operations and play a vital role in driving project success from planning through to execution. This will include overseeing risk management, schedule coordination, and budget reporting to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Organizing and leading meetings and calls with customers and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinating all project-related activities.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Maintaining cost and schedule forecasts for all managed projects.
  • Documenting and managing risks and issues in service of project success.
  • Reporting on project status.
  • Facilitating project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager where you were leading projects in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Be an organised self-starter able to balance and re-prioritise a varied workload.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, internal, and external resources.
  • Have demonstrated experience with standard Project Management tools (MS Project, Office365, etc.).
  • Ideally have certifications in Project Management.
  • Have experience in the mission-critical communications sector, public safety, or a related field.
