Qualifications:
- A strong desire to grow the business presence in the local market and meet company growth targets.
- A university degree or diploma in engineering, biosystems, geosciences, or architecture (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).
- 4 to 7 years’ experience in project coordination and management, representing owners to deliver capital and maintenance programs.
- Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered an asset.
- The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and empower teams to achieve project delivery
Responsibilities:
Join our team as a Project Manager with our Manitoba team.
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence, ensuring your projects not only meet but exceed client expectations. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of programs, drawing on your expertise in generation operations, equipment upgrades, and unit overhauls. You’ll apply your working knowledge of transmission, distribution, HVDC systems, or natural gas plant operations to support design, construction, and commissioning activities—ensuring each project is delivered with excellence.
Your ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously will be key in driving these programs to success, from identifying and addressing gaps to controlling costs and ensuring clear, effective communication.

Responsibilities:
- Champion and personify our values and culture
- Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives.
- Lead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projects
- You are seen as a valued and trusted team member and a subject matter expertise in contract management
- Serve as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector.
