Project Manager - Compliance and Risk (FATCA, AEOI)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate events related to FATCA, AEOI, and QI, working closely with various stakeholders, including CSC, Data, Compliance, Tax, and KYC operational teams. Represent the company in group discussions.
• Initiate and oversee projects related to FATCA, AEOI, and QI, integrating new regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Organize and present meetings for the central Tax team and management.
• Identify project risks, develop and implement contingency plans, track project progress, and address any deviations promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Analyze data, prepare reports highlighting trends and recommendations for improvements.
• Provide coaching and facilitate process improvements to enhance project efficiency and delivery.

Profile

• Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
• Solid understanding of FATCA and AEOI regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective stakeholder management and action plan execution.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Clear and inspiring communicator.
