Job Description
The Catalyst Team is seeking a Project Manager to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

SKILLS:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
