Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Priority Construction seek a Civil Engineer as a Project Manager with experience in landfill construction, site enabling works, road construction, road overlays and concrete works (including retaining structures).
DUTIES:
- Ensure the successful management, completion and handover of the projects in which you are involved in.
- Coordinate and manage plant and subcontractors.
- Day to day management of staff members on site.
- Ensure that all work is undertaken in line with best practice and specified HSEQ initiatives.
- Assist in compiling valuations, to be compiled monthly (or on agreed period ends) for the Contracts Directors
- Weekly programmes and minutes of weekly meetings to be circulated for each live job.
- Ensure site KPI’s are submitted daily by Site Manager.
- Ensure site timesheets submitted on a Monday morning by Site Managers.
- Any other reasonable duties required by company Directors.
