POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager works within the Growth and Delivery team to constantly improve processes and efficiencies throughout the organization. This position reports to the Vice President of Growth and Delivery and focuses on mid to large scale automation and streamlining projects to positively impact current and future state of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing projects or in a project management role.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in executing continuous improvement projects.
  • Independent worker who also works well in a team and is a driver for organizational change.
  • Ability to corral busy team members and take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in translating data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced and evolving business settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Execute project management and/or continuous improvement projects by applying PM and LSS tools such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Error Proofing, Visual Management, Poke-Yoke, and others.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement solutions to address challenges.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, and external vendors, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive decision-making to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with project management and continuous improvement best practices, methodologies, and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
