Project Manager (Creative Operations) UK
Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the media technology industry.
As a Project Manager , you will work closely with the creative team to allocate and manage campaigns, tactical projects and production requests assigned to the EMEA creative team.
Role:
- Allocate and manage campaigns, tactical projects and production requests assigned to the EMEA creative team.
- Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed.
- Ensure projects meet designated timelines and team members are on track to hit target dates.
- Track project costs to meet EMEA budget.
- Orchestrate and assist in requesting legal sign-off for marketing collateral and media and initiating contracts.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders.
- Be solution-oriented in finding new and better ways to improve workflow and collaboration with partner teams.
- Work closely with our external adaptation agency to translate and adapt assets for U.K., Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Nordics and MENA.
- Outsource projects with trusted partners/vendors when needed.
You:
- 8-10 years of experience in a project management role within a creative/digital agency or in-house creative team setting.
- Strong familiarity with project management and video production best practices and software; bonus for knowing Asana
- Excellent cross functional communication skills
- Experience working on international projects, including transcreation.
- Experience working with agency partners.
- Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive attitude and ready to learn.
