Description:
OVERVIEW:
You will be working with the Creative Studio department, collaborating with creatives to ensure execution of the commercial calendar on time, providing structure, transparency and one source of truth for every project. You’ll be focusing mostly on product, NPD launches and seasonal shoots.
This is an exciting opportunity that will appeal to those with an agency background, as the project team act as an internal agency for the business.

Responsibilities:
- Providing cear communication, proactively monitoring budgets, scope and resource by effective forward planning
- Being the main point of contact for all GTM stakeholders, building strong relationships (internal & external) and mutual trust
- Keeping all GTM teams aligned on project status, risks, dependencies and latest updates
- Proactively updating team on learnings, working closely with Programme Manager & Process Improvement team to continuously improve
- Proactively protecting contingency time by using own initiative, negotiating with stakeholders, making decisions on hard and soft deadlines
- Outlining clear risks and collaboratively creating mitigation plans
- Ensuring the project team is always working in line with the agreed brief
- Managing and clearly communicating project plan and critical path including deadlines, expectations and workflow to keep project team and stakeholders aligned
- Keeping all areas of our PMS up to date and accurate at all times
- Delivering to deadlines, by managing expectations, holding self and others to account and being assertive when required
- Leading meetings confidently, using RACI, with clear agendas, notes, actions and gaining clarity for all
- Managing dependencies across GTM that impact the Creative Studio, ensuring all teams have what they need to meet given deadlines
- Using the tools and techniques provided to plan and direct the work of individuals, groups or teams
- Gaining and providing a strong understanding of processes, ensuring sign offs are followed and milestones are met
- Being a keen collaborative problem solver with broad knowledge of wider teams
