INTERNAL TEAM COMMUNICATION:

• Collaborate closely with the Technical Services team to ensure technical requirements are met for each renovation project.
• Facilitate clear communication and project plan coordination with the Technical Services team to address technical challenges or requirements.
• Provide regular updates to the Technical Services team on project progress and any issues that may affect project delivery.
• Communicate with the management team, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Set realistic expectations and maintain a strong focus on deliverables and timelines.
