Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager with QS experience to manage our clients’ projects. As a project manager, you are to coordinate people and processes as well as get involved in the quantity surveying of the project so as to ensure that our clients’ projects are complete and delivered on time with the desired results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within the scope as well as within the budget
  • Pre-contract management - provide cost information and studies on value engineering analysis.
  • Post-contract management - administration and management of the project including checking on the progress payment, assessment of variations, cost control and financial reporting
  • Perform quality control of the project throughout the development to maintain the expected standards
  • Create long and short term plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Manage the relationship with stakeholders, client and professional parties involved
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements :

  • Background in construction preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and/or Quantity Surveying
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a good problem-solving aptitude
