PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Join our Development Centre in Bucharest and become a member of our open-minded, progressive and professional team. In this role you will be working for one of our world-famous clients.
The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client. The Information Security Operations teams enable the business of our client by providing agile security operational capabilities.
The Cyber Security Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing, tracking, and coordinating the development and implementation of security automation and architecture design forum projects within the organization. This role will ensure alignment with cybersecurity objectives and compliance, while continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The Cyber Security Projects Manager will also be responsible for conducting business analysis and budgeting for these projects.

SKILLS

Must have
3-5 years of program or project management experience
Passionate about cybersecurity
Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
Excellent knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools.
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Nice to have
Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT systems, and architectures

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of cyber security projects related to Threat Intelligence/Malware and Forensics tools.
Use Jira to effectively track project status, identify issues and risks, and implement prompt solutions.
Implement and promote Agile methodologies within the team to ensure efficiency and delivery of projects in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as it relates to project execution.
Collaborate with procurement team to facilitate easier onboarding of different vendors.
Conduct business analysis to identify and define the requirements of cybersecurity projects.
Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring detailed technical requirements and involved stakeholders are understood and involved.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure cybersecurity objectives and compliance are at the forefront of all decision-making and process design.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to the cybersecurity project management process.
