We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our high-impact data center projects in Zurich, Switzerland.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the construction of data center projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate and maintain with the planning team project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead cost management for the commercial success of the project
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data center construction
- Master’s degree in construction management or a related field
- Excellent command of German and English (oral and written)
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations and local market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
