Description:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years within a project role
  • Recent defence experience
  • Have worked on technical projects before within a complex engineering environment
  • Excellent relationship management skills Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering / technical subject, or commensurate experience
  • Experience leading teams and coaching/mentoring

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage project delivery
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure they are on track and delivering
  • Liaise between project management team and stakeholders
  • Manage project relationships, including partners, suppliers, and contractors
  • Ensure best practice stakeholder management and contract management
  • Support the Business Development function in pursing and capturing new opportunities
  • Provide leadership and coaching to project teams
