Job Title: Project Manager- Delivery

Salary: £56,000+ depending on skills and experience
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
Essentials:
- Defence Project Management experience, preferably shipbuilding
- Strong history of leadership and line management experience
- Experience of operating in a commercial environment
- Experience managing complex projects and multiple deliverables
- Experience managing stakeholders in multifunctional teams
Desirables:
- Experience of summarising complex data and delivering reports
- Experience of leading product readiness reviews and handover reviews
Responsibilities:
- Deputising for Senior Project Manager and main liaison with the customer and senior stakeholders
- Responsible for managing your respective teams (including development)
- You will be the route of escalation for dependencies impacting assigned yards
- Prioritising and delegating workload for assigned yards
- Ensuring process adherence and drive continuous improvement
