Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, with pre contract experience, to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre-contract phase for our construction and development projects, ensuring smooth transitions into the execution phase.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pre-contract phase of multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to contract award
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Prepare and review contract documents, including RFPs, tenders, and agreements
  • Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to secure favorable terms
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout the pre-contract process
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management
  • Facilitate smooth handover of projects to the execution team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on pre-contract activities
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in the construction, engineering, or real estate development sectors
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent contract negotiation and management skills
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, budgeting, and cost estimation
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Expertise in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations and practices in the UAE is a plus
