Summary
For the “Ground & Naval Solution Management” department, we are looking for a “Project Manager Development (f/m/d)” at the Oberkochen site, Aalen branch, at the earliest possible date.
Our dedicated team, consisting of the project managers of the development department (PVE), works on the planning and organization of the development of systems for all land and sea-based products with the teams of the assigned mechatronics and software departments of HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH. The aim of our projects is to provide first-class products for our customers. We are looking for an experienced and motivated project manager to strengthen our team.

Your Tasks

• Project management as a sub-project manager in development
• Project planning of relevant work packages and components
• Coordination of development services with internal interfaces (development, purchasing, quality, production)
• Control of external development services
• Resource management
• Time & cost management / tracking development progress
• Coordination of quantity structures and budget monitoring
• Support in carrying out reviews as part of the development process
• Status reporting to the team and management
• Participation in the preparation of offers
• Establishing and maintaining a network of service providers

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of technology, industrial engineering or comparable
• Experience in project management, ideally in an agile environment or in development projects
• Project management certification advantageous (PMP, IPMA, Prince)
• Experience in dealing with internal customers and cooperation partners
• Experience in dealing with national and international subcontractors
• Good communication skills and convincing appearance
• Willingness to take on responsibility, ability to work in a team and motivational skills
• Very good German and business fluent English
