Summary
For the “Data Analysis and Fusion” department, we are looking for a “Project Manager Development in Software Development (f/m/d)” at our branch office in Aalen as soon as possible.
We are a software development team for “Image Analysis” and are looking for support for our innovative real-time image processing application for the improvement and evaluation of video data and the fusion of sensor data, with the help of which we make the invisible visible, recognize threats and automate manual evaluation processes. Your role will be to lead sub-projects and coordinate external partners of an advanced image processing software that provides our users with increased visibility and security.

Your Tasks

• Project management as a technical sub-project manager in software development
• Coordination of quantity structures and budget monitoring
• Establishing and maintaining a network of service providers
• Managing and supervising external development services and organizing corresponding reviews
• Participation in the preparation of offers
• Time, quality & cost management
• Supporting the implementation of internal reviews as part of the development process
• Coordination of development services with the areas of purchasing / quality / production / documentation / logistics
• Interface to internal hardware development and other teams or technical experts

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of technology, engineering, IT, aerospace or comparable
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an agile environment or in project development
• Several years of experience in dealing with internal customers/stakeholders and external partners
• Experience with planning and reporting using common tools
• Reliable way of working, assertiveness and good organizational skills
• Good communication skills, convincing appearance and willingness to take on responsibility
• Team player with strong social skills and enthusiasm
• Business fluent in German and English
