You will report to the Digital Global Program Lead and will be part of the wider Refinitiv Workspace Upgrades Program team. The Digital team’s goal is the delivery of a new and innovative self-service upgrade journey. As such, the Project Manager – Digital Upgrades will play a key role within the Refinitiv Workspace Upgrade Program.
The focus of the role will be to define and drive the successful upgrade of client batches from legacy solutions to Refinitiv Workspace. You work with a variety of customers throughout the organization, including Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Customer Operations and Customer Proposition. You will not be engaging directly with clients themselves but will be driving client engagement activity by leveraging digital channels as well as colleagues in an outbound call-back team.

Essential Skills:

  • Consistent record of delivery in environments with high levels of ambiguity, changes in strategy and can incorporate these into defined processes.
  • Skilled at handling multiple customers.
  • Experienced in producing and presenting progress dashboards to key sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Has formulated and presented project plans and proposals at management level resulting in buy-in and sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of defining and agreeing approaches and alternative solutions to solve business and operational challenges.
  • Can demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial, technical and service drivers that are used to define and execute project direction.
  • Has worked extensively with Sales and Account Management, Order Management, Process Engineering, Support and Marketing on product launches or upgrade programs.
  • Must be able to inspire trust, manage expectations, gain buy-in and sponsorship from key stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of matrix management and handling across different cultures

Desirable Skills:

  • Good understanding of the financial services industry and the key competitors in this space.
  • Project Management or Financial Markets certification
  • Fully competent with internal systems such as BIApps and Salesforce, and be able to extract data to create management reports
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office product suit
