The Compliance Digitalization Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of new procedures and tools for the sanction screening process within the Global Compliance Team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop core compliance systems to ensure effective processing and monitoring of the compliance program.
- Deliver complex change management projects relating to compliance systems.
- Plan, lead, organize and control different phases of implementation of new tools and procedures. Effectively cooperate with internal stakeholders: engage with Compliance, IT and Operations to validate scope, technical specifications and data.
- Perform the super user function for the sanction screening systems.
- Perform complex and detailed data validation and analysis in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
