• Lead a culture of innovation, focusing on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to uphold The Downer Standard.
• Monitor project progress, proactively managing timelines, risks, and any unforeseen delays to meet project goals and KPIs.
