JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for coordinating the delivery of a transformational Ecommerce project. This role requires the management of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and ensuring compliance with all governance processes.
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Senior Director, Business Transformation & IT

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Ecommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms and technologies.
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud
• Experience with user-centered design principles.

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, critical success factors, and deliverables by engaging key stakeholders and SMEs
• Develop an achievable project plan that represents the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with overall business strategy
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors to ensure they deliver against the standards we expect
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.
• Develop and manage project budget, ensuring alignment with business case.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including Project charters, SOW, WBS, Risk register etc.
