Description:
- Manage design development process with design team/consultants
- Ensure timely deliverables of quality in both new built and refurbishment projects
- Manage procurement process
- Review of tender packages, evaluation proposal, value engineering and cost benefit analysis
- Maintain an overview of project status including budget planning, cost control, procurement lead time, construction progress, and stakeholder management
- Liaise with internal and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Degree in Architecture, Project/Construction Management
- Min 5 years experience in managing construction projects/Contract administration
- Experience in hospitality and refurbishment projects is preferred
- Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Working hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)
- Salary: Up to RM15,000
