QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge and understanding of the pneumatic conveying systems principles (Essential)
• Leadership capability (Essential)
• Knowledge of software such as Word, Excel, Autocad, Inventor (Essential)
• Must be able to speak and write in the English language.
• Must have a dynamic range of skills to cover the tasks at hand:
• Be able to maintain and abide to the highest standards Health and Safety rules and guidelines, leading by example.
• Possess wide technical expertise in the field of application
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to technical issues
• Be able to develop solutions taking into account the clients constraints
• Be able to produce quality reports and recommendations / documentation
• Have good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain contacts
• Be able to identify scope of work for the development of sales/spares proposals
• Work and exchange information efficiently with a remote team (Montreal support)
• Be a team player
• Be client oriented
• Be able to lead teams of diverse specialties
• Be open minded to new developments and opportunities
• Be able to uphold the company’s reputation and continue to elevate the standards
