DESCRIPTION

Successfully lead cross-functional process & systems implementations, including re-engineering supply chain processes. Lead the analysis & recommendations for new processes & technology requirements, aligned with strategic direction Understand business needs, & provide innovative & creative approaches to tackle challenges Influence & build consensus among stakeholders on approaches, priorities, & solutions Deliver clear, well-structured presentations to provide updates, & drive alignment cross functionally & globally

  • Passionate about process optimisation & improvement, with a track record of delivering innovation
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation ability at all levels
  • Strong analytical & problem solving mindset
  • Experience of large scale/Global project involvement, either as a project manager or key business lead - including implementation, process mapping, technical documentation, test planning & UAT
  • Ability to navigate key systems, tools & emerging technologies to maximize speed & efficiency of solutions delivered
  • Ability to think strategically & broadlyExperience in ERP systems, B2B and supply chain technologies
