Our advisory capabilities and technologies span all aspects of the employee experience, including engagement, pulse and lifecycle surveys. We are applying state-of-the-art approaches to provide employees with a voice, either with our own tools and technology or in cooperation with our partner Qualtrics, Remesh and others.
We are looking for an experienced Employee Survey Project Manager to join our team in Europe, to support projects across the region, especially in the DACH region, i.e. German speaking countries.
As a project manager for employee surveys in DACH, you will be leading multiple projects from an operational perspective. Prior experience in managing employee survey projects is a requirement (min 2 years of experience).
We offer flexible work arrangements combining working from home with a secondary office location in either our Frankfurt or other German MMC offices.

WE WILL RELY ON YOU TO:

  • Project Planning and Monitoring: You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan, including defining the objectives, scope, timeline, and resources required for the employee survey. You will monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget. You will be responsible for the effectiveness of the survey process and outcomes, seeking feedback from stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Survey Set-Up: You will support the design and implementation of survey questionnaires as well as setting up the reporting, including capturing organizational and employee information (considering client demands on data security and confidentiality).
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: You will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations (clients and colleagues) and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Survey Administration: You will oversee the administration of the survey, which may involve coordinating with survey vendors or utilizing survey software platforms. This includes ensuring the survey is distributed to the target audience, monitoring response rates, and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: You will oversee the collection of survey responses and ensure data integrity, i.e. supporting the analyses of survey data, preparing reports or presentations to summarize the findings.
