Description:

PROJECT MANAGER

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum three to five years of experience in project management role, preferably in a fast-face, multi-teams and large projects.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Project Manager

  • Responsible for end-to-end planning and tracking the infrastructure requirements, sizing and design and working with various stakeholders, including project lead and infrastructure architects, in putting together the plan and monitoring each of the activities into completion.
  • Responsible for putting together the resources required to complete the infrastructure requirement, sizing, design, build, and implementation, working with the infrastructure architects, the engineering team and the build team.
  • Highlight and propose a revised plan if there is a conflicting resource, timeline or unrealistic expectation of infrastructure delivery/build time.
  • Monitor and analyse the implementation of each infrastructure project. Recommend re-prioritisation based on the sensitivity, urgency, priority, and type of projects (e.g. compliance/regulatory) and the approval requirement.
  • Consolidate the plan against the actual end-to-end cost required to deliver infrastructure projects. Recommend optimization of cost by consolidating similar infrastructure components and timelines.
