Skills Required:
- Must have: Proven experience in Project management within Energy domain
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset, and adept at engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience in Digital Workplace transformation program and Digital Workplace tools
- Able to audit existing ecosystem and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership
- Good people and resource management capabilities, including ability to work with multiple- distributed teams across different time zones and cultural diversities.
- Established key performance indicators (KPIs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and support activities
- Cross skilled and hands on to work with the team in resolving tickets
- Proven track record in transformation initiatives with a quantitative value delivery
- Good stakeholder management skills to manage complex Telecom projects and proactively track them to closure.

Responsibilities:
In the role of Lead Consultant, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
