• Supervise the design, implementation and maintenance of building envelope systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards for performance, durability and sustainability; also create detailed designs, specifications and drawings for architects, planners, and contractors
• Leverage extensive knowledge of gypsum and cement-based sheathing boards to improve system reliability and efficiency, while maintaining close communication with the marketing department to uphold a strong brand presence in the target market
• Develop a competitive landscape for exteriour boards and identify exact methodologies for customer-specific and profit-margin-based product selection, offering regional design solutions akin to a one-stop-shop
• Provide technical support and training to the sales team as needed, including internal training to adapt team structure, ensuring they effectively support customers and projects
• Identify and engage potential customers involved in specific construction projects to secure specifications and contracts, while leading projects to ensure timely completion within budget, collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers and contractors for seamless execution
