Make and Share is a design studio and fabrication workshop located in Ballinakill, Co Laois with a large client base in Dublin. We are seeking to add to our Dublin based team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated, solutions-driven, experienced or aspiring Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who knows HOW the things we create are built. Again, have a look at our website to see what we build.
You won’t be building them, but you may have in the past so you understand materials, methods, timings, pricing, and finding client solutions etc.
Experience in the Fit Out/Joinery industry, event installations, set builds, or similar project types is required, but formal certification as a project/production manager is not required.
Each of our projects can typically run from start to finish in 4-6 weeks so we are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects at once.

IDEAL SKILLSET

• Strong build knowledge & experience
• Strong project management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable managing & updating project management software (Click Up or equivalent)
• Comfortable thinking outside the box and open to new approaches
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills while being flexible to ever changing client needs.
• Effective communicator at all levels, both within the organization and externally with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Agility to embrace new systems, processes, technology, and ideas.

REQUIREMENTS

• Living in Dublin and interested in a Hybrid role - Work From Home when not required at event sites
• As is the nature of our industry there are times where work on weekends or evenings is needed. All time is tracked and Time off in Lieu is provided.
