Description:

Founded in 2012, EyeD Pharma is a clinical stage pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the life of patients suffering from ophthalmic diseases with unmet medical needs such as glaucoma or dry eye. We develop innovative therapeutic solutions based on sustained release polymeric micro-implants and inserts.

Responsibilities:

The PM is responsible to

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary project team for the planning and execution of EyeD Pharma project. This includes the responsibility and the accountability for project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and monitoring, and closeout.
  • Set ambitious and realistic project goals in line with EyeD Pharma strategic objectives and project requirements.
  • Provide direction and vision to the project team and prioritize activities overcoming challenges while maintaining high quality standard of project deliverables.
  • Provides effective leadership for the project team, ensuring that team members are motivated and goal oriented.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to get tasks accomplished.
  • Act as primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and medical device development activities subcontracted to third parties.
  • Conduct project team meetings to ensure all stakeholders are working in accordance with the agreed project plan.
  • Actively engage network to drive results, seek out for perspectives and contribute to other success by offering support, providing feedback, and sharing knowledge.
  • Report on project evolution to management.
  • Continuously interact with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate and proactively escalate project issues to the team and to management as applicable. Develop risk mitigation plan and response strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Anticipate potential conflict situations and help identifying proactive solutions and manage conflicting situations to result in win-win outcomes.
  • Contributes to the preparation of project management deliverables.
  • Ensure project documentation is kept up to date.
  • Manage project according to internal procedures and project management standards.
  • Manage project budget and resources.
