MEET YOUR TEAM

As Global Customer Engagement & Services (GCE&S) organization under the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) Board Area, we help customers to innovate fast and realize the business benefits from their SAP investments. We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) - Delivery Excellence (f/m/d) to maximize the success by helping to manage complexity, ensure stable operations, mitigate risk and lowering total cost of operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage advanced SAP-internal tools and systems to consolidate and streamline all reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking and delivering key performance metrics. By using sophisticated solutions designed to enhance project delivery and financial management, you will facilitate comprehensive insights and transparent communication across all levels of the organization
  • Lead and support global & regional material rollouts
  • Conducting Deal Quality reviews (DQR) and Risk assessments
  • Champion Project Standards and Process Support: Provide unwavering support in upholding project standards, utilizing the latest tools and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency
  • Ensure Quality Assurance for opportunities and projects, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor and Report on Project Portfolio
  • Executing strategic initiatives, that propel the organization forward, leveraging your expertise to achieve tangible results
  • Deliver Project Management (PM) trainings to develop and nurture talent within the organization
  • Manage PM communities, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Liaise and coordinate with regional/global Stakeholders
  • Manage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues and objections
  • Oversees the customer engagement journey and ensures effective governance and alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders such as SAP Services, SAP Product support, Partners and other key stakeholders
  • Perform administrative tasks required to manage the engagement (staffing, reporting & controlling)
  • Stay organized and deliver on commitments, including updating any project tracking systems, maintain data hygiene and fulfilling administrative responsibilities
