STATUS: Temporary; Full Time (until incumbent returns)
SHIFT: 35 hours per week (Hybrid)

LOCATION: Provincial Office, in Vancouver BC

The BC SPCA accepts candidates to participate in the recruitment and selection process for our Project Manager, Facilities role. This full-time and temporary hybrid position will be essential for timely developing different and relevant projects for our organization and the service of our animals and communities across the province of BC.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Facilities, the Project Manager, Facilities will be responsible for the planning, design coordination, proposal/tender invitation, construction supervision and project administration of works within the Facilities Team. The number and nature of the projects may vary depending on budgets, but may involve mechanical updates, building renovations, roof replacements, significant repair works, electrical modifications and upgrades, and new construction.
