Your Team’s Impact
FactSet is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Buy Side Professional Services team. You would be leading the largest implementations and transformation projects at our clients in EMEA (asset servicers, asset managers etc.). Our Professional Services Group is a key partner to our clients to support complex solutions and changes across their organizations. As a project manager you will combine impeccable communication skills with leadership and the intense desire to drive successful outcomes for our clients. The position will be hybrid (2/3 days in the office per week).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of FactSet solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their systems and workflows.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets, adhering to agreed milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, and support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather and document client requirements, translating them into technical specifications for FactSet teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, resolving issues swiftly to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee testing, training, and deployment of FactSet solutions, ensuring clients are fully operational and able to maximize value from the platform.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication across all levels, from client executives to internal teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Track and report on project KPIs, using insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of industry experience
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects in Fintech or Financial services, with expertise in methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, asset management, portfolio analytics, and financial regulations.
  • Familiarity with FactSet products, APIs, and integration processes, preferable also an understanding of data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, or R.
  • Experience in lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration between product, development, and client support teams to deliver on objectives.
