An exciting opportunity to join our client; a high profile single family office, during a period of significant acquisition and growth.
Operating in the commercial, retail and residential property spaces, this dynamic boutique office owns and manages a large portfolio of high-end commercial and residential properties in prime locations throughout Central London and the regions.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the refurbishment and development programmes for these properties, bringing your expertise and knowledge to ensure the projects are delivered on time and to an exacting standard.
You will have a property related qualification, and a strong career history in delivering turnkey projects within residential or commercial, preferably both.
With experience of managing projects from feasibility through final design and turnkey completion, you will have a wide network of contacts, and be well versed in diplomatic communication, value engineering, and ensuring projects run on time and within budget.
Reporting directly to the Principal, you will be part of the executive team, attending internal and external project meetings, ensuring the projects are on track while providing strong internal reporting.
