Description:

Role Overview: The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects and events for Fete Chinoise and Palettera. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes. The Project Manager will work closely with the Creative Director to execute the design vision and ensure highest quality of production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in project management and event planning, preferably in the cultural or arts sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Experience with event management software and tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for Chinese culture, history, and traditions is desirable.

    Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
