‘Net Zero’ commitment of Beiersdorf is a cross functional priority attracting need of innovation & new technologies in Fill&Pack. As Supply Chain technology experts, we scout, evaluate, and develop new Fill&Pack technologies to support Net Zero/Sustainability, innovation initiatives and future capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Scout, identify and develop new Fill&Pack technologies to enhance capabilities for innovation, performance, and sustainability.
  • Actively contribute to the ‘cross functional development initiatives’ with Supply Chain and R&D teams (eg. Packaging Development), with implementation at our Production center or at a third party manufacturer.
  • As a Fill&Pack technology expert, be part of a cross-functional project team to drive projects aligned with the Net Zero commitment & PPWR (Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulations).
  • Collaborate with functional engineering teams to create and define future Fill & Pack concepts for the new Technology Center.
  • Foster strong collaboration across supply chain functions and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
